Yancey L. Pinkston, Jr. joined the law firm of Rosenthal, Murphey & Coblentz in September 2006 as an associate. As an associate, Mr. Pinkston has been extensively involved in civil litigation in the areas of civil rights, employment law, labor law, and zoning and land use law. He has been involved in litigation pending in administrative, state and federal courts. He has prepared briefs on appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Prior to joining Rosenthal, Murphey & Coblentz, he was an attorney for the City of Chicago Law Department in the Municipal Prosecutions Division. He is also a member of the John Marshall Law Review.
